How do I create an account?
  1. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox
  4. Complete your profile with a username and profile picture

What's the difference between a Free Account and a Creator Account?

Browse content, follow creators, subscribe to profiles, send tips, purchase PPV content, and interact with posts.

⭐ Creator Account

Everything a free account has PLUS the ability to post content, earn money from subscriptions, sell PPV content, receive tips, and cash out earnings.

How do I become a creator?

Any account can start posting content immediately! To start earning money:

  1. Complete your profile with bio, avatar, and cover photo
  2. Go to Settings → Profile and set your subscription prices
  3. Complete identity verification (required for payouts)
  4. Connect a payout method (Stripe recommended)
  5. Start posting and promoting your profile!

Browsing & Discovering Content

How do I find creators to follow?
  • Browse Feed: See recommended content on your home feed
  • Search: Use the search bar to find creators by username
  • Tags: Click on post tags to discover similar content
  • Explore: Check the members directory (if enabled)
What's the difference between following and subscribing?
  • Following: Free! You'll see their public posts and updates in your feed
  • Subscribing: Paid access to exclusive subscriber-only content. Required for premium creator profiles.
What does PPV mean?

PPV (Pay-Per-View) content requires a one-time payment to unlock, separate from subscriptions. This allows creators to charge extra for premium content like exclusive photos, videos, or messages.

Subscriptions & Payments

How do I subscribe to a creator?
  1. Visit the creator's profile
  2. Click the "Subscribe" button
  3. Choose your subscription length (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
  4. Select your payment method
  5. Complete payment and enjoy instant access!
💰 Save Money: Longer subscriptions often have discounted rates. Check for 3, 6, or 12-month bundle pricing!
What payment methods are accepted?
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely through CCBill
  • Platform Credit: Use your wallet balance for purchases
🔒 Secure Processing: All payments are processed through CCBill, a trusted payment processor specializing in secure online transactions. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period even after canceling.

⚠️ Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Go to Settings → Subscriptions
  2. Find the active subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

You'll keep access until your current period ends. No refunds for partial months.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with your transaction details if you believe you're entitled to a refund. Generally, subscriptions and content purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

Wallet & Balance

What is my wallet?

Your wallet is your platform balance that can be used to:

  • Purchase subscriptions
  • Unlock PPV posts
  • Send tips to creators
  • Pay for exclusive messages

For Creators: Your wallet holds earnings from subscriptions, tips, and content sales before withdrawal.

How do I add money to my wallet?
  1. Go to Settings → Wallet
  2. Click "Add Funds" or "Deposit"
  3. Enter the amount you want to add
  4. Choose your payment method
  5. Complete payment – funds appear instantly!
How do I withdraw my earnings? (For Creators)
  1. Ensure you've completed identity verification
  2. Connect your payout method (Stripe Connect recommended)
  3. Go to Settings → Wallet
  4. Click "Request Withdrawal"
  5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (must meet minimum)
  6. Submit request for admin approval
  7. Once approved, funds are transferred to your bank account
⏱️ Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-5 business days after admin approval. Stripe Connect offers the fastest payouts.
⚠️ Fees Apply: Platform fees and payment processor fees are deducted from withdrawals. Check Settings for current fee structure.
What are the withdrawal requirements?
  • Minimum Balance: You must have the minimum withdrawal amount (check Settings)
  • Identity Verified: Complete ID verification first
  • Payout Method: Connect Stripe or provide payout details
  • Tax Information: Submit required tax forms (if applicable)
How do I empty my wallet completely?

To withdraw your entire balance:

  1. Go to Settings → Wallet → Withdrawals
  2. Click "Request Withdrawal"
  3. Enter your full available balance (or click "Withdraw All" if available)
  4. Submit and wait for admin approval

Note: Some funds may be in "pending" status (e.g., recent subscription payments subject to refund period). Only "available balance" can be withdrawn.

Creating & Posting Content (Creators)

How do I create a post?
  1. Click the "Create Post" button (usually in the header)
  2. Write your post description/caption
  3. Upload media: photos, videos, or both (multiple files supported)
  4. Choose post settings:
    • Free Post: All followers can see
    • Subscriber-Only: Only active subscribers can view
    • PPV (Pay-Per-View): Set a price for one-time access
  5. Add tags/hashtags for discoverability (optional)
  6. Schedule for later or publish immediately
  7. Click "Post" and you're live!
What types of media can I upload?
  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF (multiple images per post)
  • Videos: MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, MPEG, MKV, WMV (automatic transcoding)
  • Text-Only Posts: Captions and descriptions without media
🎥 Video Processing: Videos are automatically optimized for streaming. Large files may take a few minutes to process before appearing in feeds.
What's the difference between Free Posts, Subscriber Posts, and PPV Posts?

Visible to all followers. Great for teasers and building your audience.

🔒 Subscriber-Only Posts

Only active subscribers can view. Your regular exclusive content.

💎 PPV Posts

One-time purchase to unlock. Perfect for premium content you want to charge extra for.

How do I set subscription prices?
  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Find the "Subscription Pricing" section
  3. Set prices for each tier:
    • 1-month subscription
    • 3-month subscription (usually discounted)
    • 6-month subscription (better discount)
    • 12-month subscription (best value)
  4. Save changes
💡 Pricing Strategy: Offer discounts on longer subscriptions (e.g., 10% off 3-month, 20% off annual) to encourage commitment and predictable income.
Can I schedule posts for later?

Yes! When creating a post, set the "Release Date" to schedule it for a future date and time. The post will automatically publish at that time.

Can I set posts to expire?

Yes! Set an "Expiration Date" when creating a post. The post will automatically be hidden after that date. Perfect for limited-time offers or time-sensitive content.

Messaging & Tips

How do I send a message to a creator?
  1. Go to the creator's profile
  2. Click "Message" button
  3. Type your message
  4. Send – they'll receive a notification!

Note: Some creators may charge for message access or replies (PPV messages).

How do I send a tip?

You can tip creators in multiple ways:

  • On Posts: Click the tip icon on any post
  • In Messages: Use the tip button while chatting
  • On Profile: Tip directly from their profile page
  • During Streams: Send tips during live streams

Enter your tip amount, choose payment method, and send! The creator receives 100% of tips (minus payment processing fees).

What are PPV messages?

Creators can send locked messages that require a one-time payment to view. These often contain exclusive photos, videos, or special content. You'll see the price before deciding to unlock.

Live Streaming

Can I watch live streams?

Yes! When a creator you follow goes live, you'll see their stream in your feed. Streams can be:

  • Free: Open to all followers
  • Subscriber-Only: Requires active subscription
  • PPV: One-time payment to access the stream

You can send tips and chat during live streams!

How do I start a live stream? (Creators)
  1. Go to "Create Stream" or "Go Live"
  2. Set stream title and description
  3. Choose access level (free, subscribers, or PPV)
  4. Upload a cover image (optional)
  5. Click "Start Streaming"
  6. Your followers will be notified!
💰 Monetize Streams: Set a PPV price or make it subscriber-only. Viewers can also send tips during the stream!
Are streams saved after they end?

It depends on your settings. Creators can choose to save streams as VOD (Video On Demand) for later viewing, or delete them after the stream ends.

Privacy & Security

How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Find "Two-Factor Authentication" section
  3. Click "Enable 2FA"
  4. Enter your email to receive verification codes
  5. Confirm setup

Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code sent to your email each time you log in from a new device.

How do I block someone?
  1. Go to the user's profile
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
  3. Select "Block User"
  4. Confirm

Blocked users cannot view your profile, send you messages, or interact with your content. You can unblock them anytime from Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users.

Can I restrict my profile by country?

Yes! Go to Settings → Privacy → Geoblocking. You can block users from specific countries from accessing your profile. This is useful for creators who want to restrict access based on location.

How do I make my profile private?

Go to Settings → Profile and toggle "Private Profile" ON. When private:

  • Only approved followers can see your posts
  • Users must send a follow request
  • Your content won't appear in public feeds
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the post or profile
  2. Select "Report"
  3. Choose the reason for reporting
  4. Submit – our admin team will review

Reports are confidential. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

Account & Settings

How do I change my email or password?

Change Email:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Change Email"
  3. Enter new email and verify

Change Password:

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter current password and new password
  4. Save changes
How do I verify my identity? (Required for creators)
  1. Go to Settings → Identity Verification
  2. Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license)
  3. Upload a selfie holding your ID
  4. Submit for review
  5. Wait for admin approval (usually 1-3 business days)
🔒 Privacy: Your documents are securely stored and only viewed by admin staff for verification purposes.
Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Warning: This is permanent and cannot be undone. All your content, messages, and data will be deleted.

⚠️ For Creators: Withdraw all funds from your wallet before deleting your account. You cannot recover funds after deletion.
How do I connect my Twitter/X account?
  1. Go to Settings → Social Accounts
  2. Click "Connect Twitter"
  3. Authorize the connection
  4. Enable "Auto-post to Twitter" (optional)

Once connected, you can automatically share your posts to Twitter/X!

Referral Program

How does the referral program work?

Earn commissions by referring new users! Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings → Referrals
  2. Copy your unique referral code/link
  3. Share with friends and followers
  4. When they sign up and make purchases, you earn a percentage!
💰 Earnings: You'll receive a percentage of all transactions made by your referrals. Commission rates are set by the platform administrator.
How do I withdraw my referral earnings?

Referral commissions are added to your wallet balance. Withdraw them the same way as creator earnings through Settings → Wallet → Withdrawals.

Troubleshooting & Support

My payment failed. What should I do?
  • Check that your payment method has sufficient funds
  • Verify your card details are correct
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank – some banks block adult content payments
  • Try using cryptocurrency or PayPal as alternatives
I can't log in. Help!
  1. Check that you're using the correct email address
  2. Try resetting your password via "Forgot Password"
  3. Check your spam folder for verification emails
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  5. Try a different browser or device
  6. If you enabled 2FA, make sure you're entering the correct code
My video won't upload or is stuck processing
  • Large videos can take 5-15 minutes to process
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try uploading a smaller file or lower resolution
  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI
  • If stuck for more than 30 minutes, contact support
